1/Talk with your doctor

If you have a chronic health condition, it's a must and if you feel healthy your doctor will give you personalized advices


2/Start low, Go slow

Increase time, distance and intensity gradually


3/Listen to your Body

If you feel good, go a little longer of faster. Felling wiped, Go easier next time


4/Make it a Habit

Consistency is the key to getting stronger and building endurance and stamina.

5/Do something New

Combine cardio exercises (such as walking) with strength training to keep your muscles and bones in optimal shape


6/Go through the motions

Even if you can not yet practice your favorite activity, you can do the move . For example : Paddle like you're in a kayak, Mimic your favorite swings


7/Don't go Alone

Exercising with others can keep you accountable and make it more fun


8/Join Doctor Julianna program : "Exercise is a Miracle"
